conference<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Thursday 3<\/b><b><sup>rd<\/sup><\/b><b> &gt; Saturday 5<\/b><b><sup>th<\/sup><\/b><b> of April 2025<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Lille &amp; Arenberg Creative Mine &#8211; France<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every year, as part of the opening of the <b>Video Mapping Festival<\/b>, Rencontres Audiovisuelles present <b>IBSIC<\/b>, <b>the annual international reference event dedicated to the video mapping industry<\/b>, attended by the greatest names in the field: artists, producers, technical industries, festivals and venues, local authorities, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For 3 days, IBSIC brings together <b>about 40 speakers and 400 participants<\/b>, from <b>more than 30 countries.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, IBSIC will focus on <b>immersive mapping<\/b> and <b>mapping in museums<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>PROGRAMME 2025<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Themes: Immersive mapping, Mapping &amp; museums<br \/>\n<\/b><b>\u2022 Artist Talks:<\/b> international artists present their careers and projects during conferences<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Case studies: <\/b>presentations from key international players in the mapping sector, including a focus on an exemplary approach to sustainability<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Round tables:<\/b> discussions on immersive mapping and mapping in museums<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Research and Studies: <\/b>presentation of recent research or studies on the industry<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Working groups:<\/b> around twenty topics discussed in groups, for a collective and prospective look at the future of mapping<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Talents Connection:<\/b> speed meeting between artists, producers and promoters<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Video Mapping Awards<\/b>: indoor screening of the best mapping productions of 2024<br \/>\n<b>\u2022 <\/b>And plenty of <b>informal time for networking <\/b>between participants!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>+ Video Mapping in Lille &#8211; Friday 4<\/b><b><sup>th<\/sup><\/b><b> and Saturday 5<\/b><b><sup>th<\/sup><\/b><b> of April<br \/>\n<\/b>In addition to IBSIC, attend the opening of the Video Mapping Festival #8 in Lille: about 20 creations to discover through a tour in the city center!<br \/>\n250,000 people attended the 2024 edition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>> Registration before
