Natural video mapping
This year again, the Communauté d’Agglomération of Lens-Liévin invites the Video Mapping Festival for 2 events one after the other, at 2 sites in the area: Mazingarbe City Hall and Étang du Brochet in Harnes!
For the Étang du Brochet, the cities of Harnes and Noyelles-sous-Lens have joined forces to bring you a creation projected onto the water, a first for the Video Mapping Festival!

. 10 am: “Cycling along the banks of the Souchez”, organised by the Pays d’Art et d’Histoire Lens-Liévin (Media Library La Source of Harnes, duration 2h)
. 10:30 am: Nature walk about birds, led by the Bird Protection League (Meeting point Étang)
. 1:30 pm: Heritage and Nature walk, organised by the City of Harnes (Media Library La Source of Harnes, duration 2h, 4 km)
. 2 pm & 3:30 pm: “Yoga discovery sessions” for adults, led by L. Beck (Viewpoint Étang)
Free access activities:
. From 2 pm to 5 pm: Creative nature workshops for the whole family (from 4 years), led by P. Carru (Meeting point Étang)
. All day: Painters from the Harnésian Artistic and Cultural Group & Fishing initiation by the Association du Brochet Harnésien (Meeting point Étang)

► Drop the ink!
Relive the history of the Souchez through a dialogue between two illustrators! From lush marshland to landscaped riverbanks, and the coal barge docks… The two artists share the pen to retrace the key periods in the history of this river. A fluid, playful and illustrated journey projected onto a wall of water, promising a refreshing experience that will leave more than one person splashed!
